Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Halford called the Senate. The call was satisfied. Without objection, the bill was advanced to third reading. SENATE BILL NO. 256 was read the third time.
